COMMENTS:	I found your web site one day by a web search. At the time I was living in Florida, and was getting ready to go work some where else. I found out that you had a resturant in Gainsville, FL, so I had to come by to meet you. I contacted you and we meet. You inspired me so much that night we sat there at your resturant and carved. That night I bought your tapes and you gave me one of your knives. I want you to know that your tapes have been real inspirational and have gave me alot of tips, but your knife. Let me tell my hand has built a bond with your knife. I have been carving awhile with it now and my hand has a feel for it. I understand now what you meant about my hand needing to mature and to know exactly how to work the knife. Call me crazy, but I think I could not use another knife to carve with. Thanks so much for that night.
